| Details: | 1962 Buick Special Convertible--1962 Buick Special Convertible Project Car Base convertible car with its original V6. It is in fair to good condition all things considered. Black exterior and white top and red interior. The top is in fair condition. The car runs and drives I have had it out to the local car shows over the past year it has received a lot of attention and a great conversation starter at the shows. I have a Pertronix electronic ignition points replacement with the car the original 2bbl Rochester carburetor has been rebuilt.--What it needs. TLC on the body several very small dings along the side. 3 speed manual (original BW T86E) needs rebuild fuel gauge needs replaced (I have a NOS gauge ready to go in) wiring harness needs some cleaning up.What has been done Previous owner switched it from column shift to a floor shifter and removed the original radio and added an aftermarket radio. since removed since they had a poor wiring job causing the battery to go dead. Without the radio in no battery problems at all.-Clear title this is a great survivor project car. Core charge is $300 (all that is required for this core charge is the usable case with front and rear bearing retainers).
