Details: The RS America is a light weight 911 based off the 964 Carrera 2. Porsches intent behind the RS America was to provide the US market with a street car that has already been enhanced for the race track by utilizing purpose-built steering and suspensioncomponents.This Grand Prix WhiteRS America is #416 of 701 andwas ordered with 3 of the 4options available from the factory which includes Limited Slip Differential, Air-Conditioning, and Power Sunroof. The 4th option of havinga CR-1 radio was added later.Additionally installedequipment includesa harness bar, 993 Turbo brakes, and PSS10 suspension to bring the car up to a more modern level of driving experience. The rear package shelf has been removed to allow for the proper fitment of the harness bar. There has not been any paint work performed to the car and no reports or signs of any accidents. The car comes with original books, keys, window sticker, and original Certificate of Authenticity. The RS America was put through our Porsche Classic Service Center for complete inspection by Master Porsche Factory Trained Classic Technician, Dave Petitti. The 60,000 mile major servicehas beencompleted when a new clutch and RS flywheel were installed during the service.Flexible brake lineshave been replaced. Transmission main shaft sealhas been replaced. RearMain Seal was replaced at time of major service and clutch assembly replacement. Service records are available upon request.
