1908 Packard Model 30 7 Passenger Touring The body paint is original, giving the car the patina and appearance of a barn find or preservation car. The fenders and hood have been repainted. The frame and running gear have not been repainted. The brass is correct and in excellent condition, and the top and upholstery were done in the late 1990andrsquo;s. Most of the original tools are present. The car has been mechanically restored and carefully maintained while being used regularly. Halogen bulbs have been inserted into the headlights, turn and brake lights are installed, an alternator runs off of the driveshaft, a voltmeter and a temperature gauge are installed in the toeboard, an electric starter is installed, and the ignition is a dual distributor system made by David Hentschel, firing two sparkplugs per cylinder. The clock, the Warner speedometer and Veeder odometer are restored and accurate. All changes can be easily removed or returned to the original system.
