You are looking at a gorgeous 1928 Ford Model A Two-Door Sedan. It is a privately owned vehicle being sold on consignment at Stressless Auto on behalf of the owner. Consignment sales give you the best of both worlds: you get a well cared for, privately owned car with a known history as well as the ease and security of working with a very service focused, specialty dealer. This Ford is truly a survivor. We have been told the engine and three-speed transmission are original. They both work very well. This car starts easily and runs great. A battery cut-off switch was added to make sure the battery didnt run down. The carburetor and the starter were rebuilt recently. We have been told that the interior is completely original. The fabric on the seats is in great shape for its age. The fabric on the doors show some water spots and wear but they dont have holes. The vinyl top appears to have been painted at one point -- it may or may not have been replaced. It has been repainted in the original black color. It is an old repaint (maybe 1950s?) and the pin-striping was hand painted. It is a fun car to tootle around town in! Youll get tons of attention and have a blast as you go!
