Beautiful Packard 633. Everything I know about this automobile. I got this in a trade last summer. It comes from Los Angeles Ca.. The past registration indicates it belonged to a man named Charles William Russell, Address was 928 Muirfield rd Los Angeles Ca. The last day issued was 8/1/2008. I was told he was an inventor. I believe the cost of the restoration would have been $80,000.00 to $100,000.000.00 The body was stripped to bare metal. There is some indication that the body was removed from the frame. The paint finish maybe lacquer or single stage paint. Hard to tell. All the chromium plating has been done. The canvas top is in perfect condition and is of good quality. When we washed the Packard there was no indication of any water leaks. All the wheels have been laced with stainless steele spokes and have been trued. Tires are new Firestones and the size is 700-20 blackwall. The interior is gray broadcloth and is identical to the pattern that was used. The stitching is incredible. There are 2 jumps seats in the rear seating. The interior lamp works also. All the windows rool up and down with ease. All the garnish moldings have been restored. Dash is beautifully grained and original. All gauges work except the fuel gauge. Lighting also works as does the backup lamps. Motor has been rebuilt as transmission and rear differential. Complete new exhaust. You can inspect this Packard by appointment
