This is an unmolested 1930 Ford Model A, 2-Door Coupe, with a Rumble Seat in the back. It is in excellent condition. I bought this car in 1996 after it had been sitting in an underground garage for many years. For the first four years Iworked with a professional automobile restoration person to takethe car completely apart and strip each piece of the body, fix any imperfections and then paint eachindividual piece prior to putting the car back together again. This included new chrome as well. The Pin Striping is hand painted on the car after assembly. I also put in an original rebuilt/restored Model A engine in the car. I also converted the electricalsystem from a generator to an alternator. The car is a California Historical Vehicle (license plate 7301). Along the way I have takenvery good care of the car, buying whatever it has needed. I have driven the car regularly, and for severalyears it was my only car driven almost everyday. I know the car well after 20years and have enjoyed the pleasure and looks I get when I drive it. I havealways kept the car garaged and covered. Now I need room in my garage andas sad as it is,it is time to move on and find the next owner to care for this beautiful antique vehicle. I looked up the pricing of my car in the NADAguides Classic Car Pricing (National Appraisal Guides is a strategic partner with J.D. Power and Associates). They show the high retail price for this car, reflecting its excellent condition for this car to be $32,235. I am willing to sell the car for less as I need the space. Please understand that while the car is completely restored, it is not perfect and has its imperfections and flaws. The car is sold \ |
