Offered here for your consideration is a remarkable 1931 Cadillac 370-A 2 Door Rumble Seat Sport Coupe V-12.

This is an example of one of Americaandrsquo;s finest motorcars. Only (4) of this model is known to be in existence today out of the 302 originally manufactured.

Discovered in Yakima Washington in 2008 after living most of its life on the apple farm, the current owner purchased it from the son of the original owner, thus keeping it a family owned car since new in 1931. The original owners of the car were farmers of the famous Washington Apple and took them to market. The Washington Apple can be found in grocery stores and farmers markets all around the world. This Cadillac was a big part of the familyandrsquo;s history. The odometer read 43,000 original miles since new.

The current owner who restored this car, grew up with Otis Chandler as a neighbor and mentor and was enthralled to have lived in the same neighborhood as this famous collector. With an eye for meticulous detail and master craftsmanship, the restoration of this vehicle took approximately four years and was completed in 2012.

The V12 engine overhaul was performed by Vellios Machine Shop in Lawndale, California by Harry who is the owner of the company. The overhaul work included Disassemble, Rings, Heads, Gaskets, Hot Tank, Pressure Test, Complete Valve Job Intake and Exhaust, Valve Liner Guides and Springs, Resurfacing Heads, Hone Cylinder Blocks, Freeze Plugs and Reassemble. The break-in mileage on the engine to date is 650 miles.
