Equipped with black fenders and Aurora Red Wheels, leather interior and Tan canvas top, a 194 cubic inch 50 HP straight six engine, with a 3-speed transmission. Chevrolet built over 620,000 cars in 1931 and the Phaeton is the rarest of the rare with only 852 produced.
