Ford Coupe. The most iconic Hot-Rodding car featuring an engine built by the Legendary John Healey. One of the most, if not the most, iconic Hot-Rodding cars of all time, was originally introduced in 1932 as a replacement to the Model A. These started to become popular with the hot-rodders after World War II and continued on into the 1960s. They have been a staple in the world ever since. The legendary John Healey, of Tasca Ford Racing fame, helped in the build of this particular example. This coupe has been chopped and channeled in order to achieve a very menacing and appropriate look. The paint is in immaculate condition, and features a beautiful pin stripping on the rear deck lid as well as some very fitting but not attention grabbing flame graphics down the side. All of the exterior chrome is in flawless condition. The interior of the car is in fantastic shape; the only issue to note is a mark on the bottom of the door card where it meets the doorsill. This is a car that says Hot Rod by just looking at it; but when its started, it screams it! This 33 is powered by a 351 Windsor V8 that has an attached 871 Blower Motor and dual Four Barrel Holley Carburetors; The engine build is fully documented. The coupe sends its 604 horsepower through a Three Speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels, which are Weld Racing rims wrapped in a set of massive 31x18.50R15LT Hoosier tires. This car has never been raced or dragged. It was however featured in National Dragster Magazine back in November of 2014, the same issue in which John Healey won his Lifetime Achievement award. This is a car that receives a great deal of attention regardless of where it goes, but especially at shows; Every car show it attended it left with at least one award if not more.
