This Cadillac Sedan Convertible is one of only 400 produced in 1941 for $1,965. The car was purchased at the 1941 Miami Auto Show by a local South Florida couple and has remained in the same family ever since. The aerodynamic styling of this large luxury car helped introduce streamlining to big car design. The 1941 Cadillac was referred to in the press as having advanced torpedo-type body styling. The innovative egg crate or tombstone grille was to become a classic Cadillac hallmark. Model 6229D Series 62 Body by Fisher 346 Cu.
