1941 Chevy Special Deluxe is ALL STEEL and something you dont see at your local car shows too often. He has owned it for a little over six years. He painted it himself six years ago. It is a metal....no bondo and no patch panels needed. The frame, floor boards and trunk floors are all solid. Under the hood is a 216.5 cubic-inch six-cylinder engine that produces 85 horsepower. That power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed synchromesh transmission. The previous owner actually added Vintage Air conditioning for added comfort on those warm days. The car runs, drives and stops. As you can see from the pictures, the interior is still all original and really in pretty good shape. The headliner is still intact and the instrument panel is still all original and unmolested. The chassis and drivetrain have 109,144 miles on them. This 1941 Chevy Special Deluxe has great potential of either being restored back to original condition, resto-modded into something really cool or just left as-is and simply driven and enjoyed.
