All vehicle trades considered, including classics and performance. This 1941 Ford Super Deluxe convertible must be a nice car, as the last owner has kept it since 1960. He performed plenty of maintenance and upgrades during his ownership which has kept the car in great mechanical and cosmetic condition.
This Ford has never been a rust bucket. It has a solid frame and body, with the only rust repair being the tool storage area at the back of the trunk. The car was repainted around 1990 in its original blue, which was color matched to an unexposed section of paint underneath the top. Speaking of the top, it was also replaced around 1990 using quality material from Haartz. Note too all the moldings, bumper guards, and wing tips.
The flathead motor was rebuilt in 2000. It received a few performance upgrades, most notably a beautiful tri-power intake. There is also a slightly larger camshaft, aluminum heads, and chrome headers. All original parts are included. The electrical system was converted to 12V except for the radio, power top mechanism, and fuel gauge. Note the radio has the rare foot operated station selector.
