Much of the car has been preserved in original condition including the chassis and underbody coatings, and although the body was never removed it was repainted in its original white With its original 255 ci flathead V-8 with 3 speed automatic transmission, many other options this beauty contains including power windows and power top with interior light, fender skirts, reverse lights, dual exhaust, dual rear view mirrors, radio and heater, country and city horns, deluxe chrome trim includes gas door guard and lower fender guards. Large chrome exhaust tips round out the beautiful rear end. The door hems are tight with no rust and the inside of the trunk area has little surface rust also. 49s and 50s are the more but the 51 is the rarest of all three years of this particular Mercury body style.
