This 1953 Buick Super is pure rock and roll from its custom hood ornament to the blacked out chrome. So the real reason why the windows are so darkly tinted is because a car looks this mean on the outsideand#44; you dont always want people seeing you grinning ear to ear from behind the wheel. Even if there wasnt a skull with a Mohawk leading the wayand#44; this one would still be an instant intimidator. Obviously the paint and black chrome did not come from the factory this wayand#44; so there was a real investment in the glossy turquoise that seems to glow in the dark. Meanwhileand#44; the large waterfall grilleand#44; bumpersand#44; headlight surroundsand#44; and full-length side trim seem to consume all the light create by the bright blue paint. Its the high-shine contrast in the colors that make this car a winner from the moment you lay eyes on it. And as people get closerand#44; theyll see a carefully constructed classic with good panel gaps and doors that shut with authority. Then againand#44; with the exhaust thundering out of this Buick Supers hallmark side portholesand#44; no one might dare get close enough to notice the details! The interior has also been given the full custom treatment with a turquoise and blue theme that matches the exterior. Its on the door panelsand#44; headlinerand#44; and custom seats to give this bad boy a true uniform appearance.
