| Details: | 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air. This car is in great shape. It has never been restored. It was a Barn find. The original owner traded in a 1951 Kaiser for this 1953 chevy. The interior has to be seen to fully appreciate it . It is a brown/beige color. The interior is in fantastic to good shape (a few flaws around the door trim). No animal or sun problems. Head liner is in fantastic shape. Radio is working fantastic. The wind up clock, winds and keeps perfect time. The body and frame are factory straight. Doors close solid and tight. Little rust if any on the body. Some surface rust on the under carriage, but structurally sound. There are no major dents or damage to this car. The car has some minor scratches and minor speckled weathering from living in an area that had dirt roads. There has been some very minor touch up around the wheel wells by the original owner, it looks like to protect the metal from rusting. One or two spots on the chrome were over polished. |
