And one of the most popular cars was a 1955 Chevrolet 210. Description: Small block V8 5 Speed manual Vintage Air AC Aluminum radiator Tuff Stuff braking Edelbrock intake 4 barrel DeMon carburetor Bow tie detailed bolts under hood Leather bucket seats AM FM cassette with bow tie cover plate Sunpro tachometer Tilt custom flame leather wrapped steering wheel Nice! A recent arrival to our shop is this very cool 1955 Chevrolet 210. Its a custom resto mod rebuilt a few years ago. Though it still looks pretty darn cool, a little elbow grease will make her just as awesome. There are surprising details throughout the car. But first lets talk about the exterior. Painted with a deep burgundy metallic finish, this semi gloss perfectly compliments the arrow straight panels and curvaceous front quarters. The gaps are perfect and the ultra bright chrome looks fantastic! The perfectly chromed bird on the hood really pops out against the darker paint. The Weld Racing wheels really make it classy. The inside of this car is really special. First is the tan leather upholstery. Not only is it soft to the touch and comfortable it really compliments the exterior color well. There are no tears or scratches on them. As nice as the seats are, the tilt steering wheel is the big attention getter inside this car. The aluminum flame like cut-out is really cool. Its wrapped in soft leather and feels really comfortable to the touch. The rearview mirror is shaped like the famous Bow Tie Chevy logo as is the face plate for the AM FM stereo cassette player. The door panels are covered in leather with a carpet strip at the bottom. Custom panel inserts in a contrasting color decorate the wide space of the door. The window crank handles are brushed aluminum matching that of the steering wheel. The gear shift is leather wrapped to look like a whip while the handle on top is a flame covered billiard ball. Under the hood is chrome, chrome, and more chrome. An Edelbrock air intake is ready to perform for the DeMon 4 barrel carburetor. A pressure gauge sits on top of the aluminum radiator. The air conditioning is provided by Vintage Air and the brakes are assisted by Tuff Stuff. Custom bow tie topped bolts can be found in various places. But the best part is the sound it makes after a twist of the key. At the Motor Car Group, were enthusiasts first.
