Details: Around hereand#44; we dont use the words perfect or flawless to describe carsand#44; becauseand#44; welland#44; there arent many that qualify. But when this 1956 Chevrolet 210 showed upand#44; there were few other words to describe the incredible quality and attention to detail that are evident throughout the car. If its not perfectand#44; it still gets closer than almost any other car weve featured.

Crispand#44; cleanand#44; and super straightand#44; the bodywork on this car is impressive even in light colorsand#44; which have a very 1956 look. Restored by Billy Coltraneand#44; every inch of sheetmetal was smoothed and sandedand#44; every panel was installedand#44; fittedand#44; adjustedand#44; removedand#44; paitnedand#44; and reinstalled so carefully that the gaps can be measured with a ruler. The finish is deep and shinyand#44; and even though white and light blue arent in-your-face brightand#44; they look simply spectacular on this incredible 210. Nothing was shaved or deletedand#44; but using the cleanerand#44; less ornate 210 model certainly gives it a sleeker lookand#44; doesnt it? All of the chrome was refinished to show standards and those are the original bumpersand#44; not reproductionsand#44; so they fit right and have a substantial heft to them thats often lacking in the new stuff. If you want a 56 Chevy done rightand#44; this is the roadmap you need to follow.

Dark blue leather wraps around the original seatsand#44; giving it a wonderfully updated look that doesnt stray too far from the original designand#44; and as a result works rather well overall. Matching door panels and dark blue carpets keep it looking dignified while highlighting the lighter blue brought inside on the dash and steering column. Beyond the materialsand#44; howeverand#44; the rest is fairly stockand#44; including a beautifully restored steering wheel and original instrumentsand#44; which were restored when the car was rebuilt a few years ago. An AM/FM radio lives in the dash and keeps a low profileand#44; as does the under-dash A/C unitand#44; so you can cruise in comfort. As a point of qualityand#44; note that the two-tone color split wraps around the doors and door jambsand#44; suggesting a very high level of detail on the buildand#44; and all the weather-stripping is newand#44; too. Even the trunk is finished to a very high standard using plus carpet and custom panels that dress it up without making it useless as a cargo bay.

Under all that chrome in the engine compartment youll find a 350 cubic inch crate motor thats easy to appreciate from both an appearance standpoint and from behind the wheel. An Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor handles the inductionand#44; living under a polished air cleaner that matches the bowtie valve covers. A highly polished intake manifold adds its own shine to the brightly polished surfaces under the hoodand#44; and theres a big aluminum radiator up front that keeps things cool effortlessly. Upgrades include power steering and power front disc brakesand#44; so it drives like a much more modern machineand#44; and twin Flowmaster mufflers give it just the right growl for a car that can still run like a Camaro. The chassis is beautifully detailed with lots of shiny black paint and polished hardwareand#44; and the driveline is comprised of a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission and 10-bolt rear endand#44; all of which were rebuilt with the rest of the car. Essentiallyand#44; this is a new car that just looks like a 1956 Chevy. Big 17-inch Boyd Coddington wheels have a vintage look and carry 245/45/17 performance radials.

Is it perfect? Welland#44; not quiteand#44; but its simply incredible in every way that matters. If you appreciate little details that make a big impactand#44; this is the car youll want to be driving. Call today!
