This 1956 F-100 had a virtual frame off restoration in 1997. All systems were upgraded, including electrical, brake lines re-run, and painted apart (glass and bed removed), complete motor re-build with only 58,000 miles since then. This truck is PPG Fuchsia, special mix with Grey tweed Glide Engineering bench seat done by Ron Mingus. Power tinted windows. Billit Specialties steering wheel, I-did-it Aluminum tilt steering column w cruise control. Southern air AC & Heat, under dash. Steward Warner guages w tach in dashboard, Billit 1956 Ford-style dash knobs. All hood emblems were removed, grill housing filled and flared and rain gutter was molded and flared. The gas tank filler molded with door. The oak bed is new with the frame off restoration, painted same as truck. The tailgate was filled and molded. Rear roll pan, new weather stripping and new rubber around all windows. 1949 Merc LED taillights. Running boards special molding strips. The rear fenders and bed bolts molded (do not show).
