1956 Oldsmobile 88 Custom. Two-Tone Red and White interior and exterior. The build started on an excellent condition 56 Olds 88 with just 56,*** miles on the odometer. The engine is a rebuilt 1968 Oldsmobile 455 with 529hp and 600tq. The transmission was upgraded to a Tremic 5 speed TKO600 with a smooth hydraulic clutch. The rear is a Ford 9 posi unit with 370 gears. Front and Rear Wilwood disc brakes were installed to assist in stopping all that extra horsepower. The suspension was changed to adjustable coilover shocks and Tubular upper and lower control arms. Front and Rear swaybars were also installed and a new custom front end to help with handling and to add power steering. 2 1/2in dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers to match the sound with that performance. The paint and body work are show ready! The interior has a stock look with a custom steering wheel and auxiliary guages. There is no rust or rot on this vehicle. Too many other modifactions to list.
