| Details: | 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/210 Beautiful 2 door Post nicely restored and a currently tagged weekly driver for me. This is not a 60K$ trailer queen cream puff show car but a very nice solid eye catching restoration. Two tone gray above, black below paint scheme with red pin strips. Looks real good and she gets a lot of compliments. There are a few scuffs and imperfections, front bumper has rubbed a touch on each side of fenders, but no rust or bubbling. Some surface imperfections on hood rockets, bumpers, and tail light chrome. Interior is in great condition, black seats, black carpet, dash done in bright red with aluminum trim. Door panels and headliner very good. All windows, cranks, doors, hood, and trunk open and close as they should. Driver side glass has 5 inch crack at bottom just visible when rolled up. Add on volt meter, water temp., and oil temp gauges mounted under dash. Working glove box. Vintage heat and AC. Power steering and power brakes. Automatic transmission with a B and M ratchet shifter. Under the hood is a 350 V-8 with Corvette valve covers (I have not verified if it is truly a corvette engine). Not necessarily built for hot roddin but will get you down the road well above highway speeds. Just cruise her nice and easy. Aluminum radiator and transmission cooler. Never runs hot even idling in traffic on a hot July day. Tires are in good condition with approx. 75% tread left on prime aluminum rims. Purchased the car in upstate NY but has tag (pictured) from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet with created by painted under it. Havent found any info but suspect this was the restorer. Clean title. Most of the pics were taken on a rainy misty day, this car shines.
