MotoeXotica is proud to present museum quality ultra-rare 1957 Dodge Sierra Spectator Station Wagon that has been a proud recipient of a frame-off, nut and bolt restoration! Designed by the legendary automobile designer Virgil Exner, this Spectator station wagon embodies the classic 50andrsquo;s American extravagant styling. This particular example benefitted from a complete nut-and-bolt restoration by the legendary restorer Bob Schmitty Schmidt; who was responsible for the restoration and upkeep of the entire andrsquo;57 Heaven Collection of over 75 different vehicles from 1957 located in Branson, Missouri. Since the andrsquo;57 Heaven Collection was a static collection, this Spectator station wagon did not receive any fluids since the car would be not be started for itsandrsquo; remaining time in the collection. However once the collection and car was purchased, a complete overhaul which included mostly fluids, was done to make the car, road worthy once again.

Dripping in a classic two-tone Glacier White and Gallant Gold Sierra accents, this car is a showstopper. The contrast in the paint highlights this cars large size, and exaggerated styling cues. This station wagon has clearly benefited from diligent ownership, evident by the fantastic condition of the paint and exterior bright work

Taking a step inside this luxury station wagon the interior reflects the exterior in both condition and style. The original two-tone black and gold vinyl bench seats are in remarkable condition, as well as, the door panels and padded dashboard. Still remaining is the oversized factory heater, which was needed to heat all nine possible passengers. This Dodgeandrsquo;s show piece is the rearward-facing third row bench seat, which enables this classic to carry nine passengers.

As befits Dodgeandrsquo;s top-of-the-line wagon, power comes from a 325ci V8 fed by a Stromberg 2-barrel carburetor mated to a rare and desirable push-button operated Torqueflite transmission. Power steering and brakes compliment the new-for-andrsquo;57 torsion bar front suspension. Finally to finish the classic appeal of this andrsquo;57 Dodge spinner Lancer chrome hub caps compliment the newer BF Goodrich Silvertown whitewall tires. In our many years of businessweandrsquo;ve notseen a wagon in this remarkable ofcondition!
