The way the colors coordinate on the carpetingand#44; door panelsand#44; headlinerand#44; and dash gives you a uniform presentation that youll be proud to show off. The view from behind the wheel is pure 1950s cool. Fords arching instrument panel is a great-looking piece of industrial designand#44; complete with plenty of bright trim to accentuate the dash. And the whole presentation looks period-correct right down to the heat/defrost sliders. But this is a true cruising machineand#44; and so you also have a custom center console that houses nice upgrades like a cup holder and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. It has that great period-correct appearance with the large air topper and the correct Thunderbird Special valve covers. But you might also notice the upgrade to the aluminum radiator. Thats part of why this is such a nice driving package. Plusand#44; three-speed manual transmission is great for making the most out of the large V8and#44; but when its time to settle in for the long hauland#44; theres also overdrive.
