One of only 2825 two-seater models manufactured between 1959 and 1960. Heritage Certificate confirms original matching chassis, engine and body with build date of 12/13 April 1960 and shipped to Montreal, Quebec. Car is painted in Healey blue although certificate states originally Ivory white with red interior and black hood. Car is now fitted with blue leather and blue vinyl hood. In 2007-2008 this never-hit auto was the subject of a comprehensive rotisserie restoration retaining rust-free original floor pans and rockers. The chassis is straight and panel fit is excellent. The rebuilt gearbox was upgraded with overdrive and chrome wire wheels have replaced the original disc wheels. A wooden Motolita steering wheel was also fitted. Included with the car are restored side curtains, tonneau cover, correct jack, tool roll, starter and drivers handbook. Having scored multiple first place wins at the Winter Park Concours, Lake Mirror Classic Auto Festival in Lakeland as well as numerous regional Austin Healey and British car shows scoring 96.6 points in 2015, it remains in concours-ready condition.
