1961 Chevrolet Impala 4 door hardtop. This vehicle was originally bought new at Grant Bishop Chevrolet in Los Gatos, CA. This car was garaged most, if not all of its life. This Impala was built at the Los Angeles, CA factory and is equipped with a 283 V8, 4 barrel carb, Powerglide automatic transmission, and power steering. Recent work done: All new brakes (master cylinder, wheel cylinders, flex lines, and brake shoes), rebuilt carb, new gas tank and sending unit, new radiator, hoses, belts, etc. All electrical is in working condition (except clock). Plenty of original paint left on this one, but has had some spot work done over the years. Overall very solid body with no signs of any accidents. Interior is all original with plastic seat cover - just like new. Not many 61 Impalas left out there. Before you try to negotiate, do some research on 1961 Impala vintage cars.
