This 1961 Willys Jeep Wagon is truly an antique sport utility vehicle and wagon all rolled into one, but it will make a modern SUV look silly in the snow, sand, mud, or picking up the dogs, kids, or anything else at Sams Club. You can go anywhere you want in this very cool vintage vehicle, anytime you want. Tow a Boat? No problem. Take the Dogs to the Beach? Easy as pie.
This Willys has basically been put back together and is getting fully sorted as you read this, expect it torun and yard drive or we can take the resto as far as you would like. The hubs will becleaned and greased, the transaxle will beready for use, either in town or at the beach. Whenever and wherever you choose to take it, it will go with some minor work.
Mechanically, it runs and yard drives, itshiftsinto gear, andit will drive great with some minor work. The four wheel drive is awesome. What can we say, this truck will bebunches of fun.
The interior is in very good condition, not perfect but good overall. A couple of minor spots,but other than these minor issues the interior is very good. Dont worry about a spilled coffee or dogs in the back, simply wash it out when you are done. Go anywhere, get it dirty, wash it off, repeat.
The body is in overall good condition with some minor issues, the paint is decent for a drivers, and will serve you well. The cross members and frame are in great shape, there are some minor issues with the floor but these are an easy fix. No worries taking her off road after you complete minor work or we do, it will be ready toenjoy,she is sturdy and strong.
