Details: | 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air Custom Many people think Bel Air and immediately picture a tri five car but most would be surprised to here that the Bel Air model of Chevrolets continued years past those iconic cars. Greatly resembling the Impala the Bel Airs were great looking classics. This 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air is a really nice car that needs very little to be considered a complete, restored car. Most of the work has already been done and it needs very little to be finished out. Coated in a Burgundy and Silver two tone paint the cars exterior is all done. The body panels are all very straight and the car is rust free. The paint has a very slick finish and beautiful shine. This paired with the beautiful chrome work gives the car a great look. Nice chrome wheels sit under all four corners and are wrapped with Firestone Firehawk tires. The drivetrain consists of a 350 V8 motor with a Turbo 350 that has been entirely gone through with multiple components rebuilt and replaced. The car runs really well and cruises down the road nicely. To get an idea of what all has been done check out the following table. All new pistons and rings Performance Cam Paint and body complete 100% rebuilt brakes Power steering Rebuilt suspension New shocks in front and rear New springs in rear New front bumper New carpeting New windshield Hushmat installed Comes with New arm rests New Window Cranks The only area of the car needing attention is the interior which needs only the upholstery work and headliner. The dash has been entirely painted to match the exterior Burgundy as was the steering column. Original gauges are in place and all of the knobs/switches/etc are wired in. The seats and door panels come with the car and just need recovering. With 30K already invested this car is a steal for only $19,550.00! NOW REDUCED DOWN TO $14,950.00! |
