1962 MG Midget Mark I with a 1275cc Mini Cooper S engine. Original black plate car (license plate comes with car). No rust. I am the fourth owner. The original owners son replaced the stock 948cc 46hp engine in 1969 with a 1275cc Mini Cooper S 72hp engine. He scalloped the hood and painted it Iris Blue (original white). Several years later the neighbor down the block from him bought it and held onto it until 2005, when it was purchased by a a CO couple, then by me in January of 2013. This car has won many awards around Denver and at the British Conclave and Glenwood Ralleye. Coolest car to drive and just too much fun. Its a real attention getter either cruising or at shows. Runs fantastic and is just right for the back country blacktop roads. Corners are for accelerating! No mechanical issues. I have been driving this car about 100 miles a week for the last year and one half. New disc brakes, clutch/ master cylinder. Transmission rebuilt summer 2013. New Minitor aluminum wheels and Michelin Defender tires (175/70/13) Matching tonneau cover. Wooden steering wheel Comes with original steering wheel, and five original steel Rostyle wheels and chrome hub caps and another set of brand new tires included (165/70/13). No door handles or roll up windows, has side curtains: sliding Perspex (Plexiglass windows that bolt on) and convertible top with frame. A real sports car.
