This Saddle Tan Corvette certainly has the right look. Cleanand#44; chiseledand#44; and definitely game-changing. Just imagine the way this car must have turned the world upside-down when it hit the streets! Wearing what appears to be an older repaint in its original code 963 Saddle Tanand#44; its got a bit of patina that seems to work well on vintage Vettes. No major issuesand#44; mind youand#44; just a bit of character that it wears well and which seems to enhance its casual performance image. Theres no evidence that it has ever been wrecked and obviously Corvette bodies dont rustand#44; and it fits together about the way it would have when it was newand#44; suggesting an easy life over the past 55 years (has it been that long already?). Youll note this car carries relatively rare power windowsand#44; which is a nice addition to a luxury-oriented Vette like thisand#44; and the original AM radio remains in the center of the dash. The door panels are likewise too nice to be original but quite accurately replicate the original lookand#44; and sliding behind the wheel always feels like a special occasion. Load it up and head out on your next road trip and learn just how exciting the world can be when youre driving a 63 Corvette! Its powered by its originaland#44; numbers-matching 327 cubic inch engineand#44; and even in standard tuneand#44; it makes a robust 300 horsepower. The engine bay is very nicely detailed with Chevy Orange paintand#44; a chrome air cleaner with correct twin snorkelsand#44; and rams-horn exhaust manifolds. Recent work includes a new fuel pumpand#44; starterand#44; hoses and gasketsand#44; and some wiringand#44; so its ready to enjoy. It snaps to life with a turn of the key and a small block Chevy V8 is still the most entertaining way to get from Point A to Point B.
