Details: 1963 Chrysler Newport with a 361 V8 and push button automatic transmission. This car has been babied. It was and still is garage kept. The previous owner would try their best to not let the car be in the rain (and if it started to rain, they would drive it home and get it in the garage), it was and still is not driven in snow or salty conditions, it is truly a cream puff. This car is completely original (with the exception of restored original 63 Chrysler Newport hubcaps). Everything is as it was when this car left the Chrysler factory...original engine, original paint, original chrome, original interior, etc. -- THIS CAR IS A TIME CAPSULE. It rides absolutely beautifully...you feel as though you are floating in the clouds. Previous owners in recent years replaced the following: all four driving tires, alternator, belts, fuel pump, gas gauge (at the gas tank -- NOT at the dash, dash gauge is original). Since we have owned the car, we have done the following to it: installed new Standard Blue Streak points and condenser (good for 20,000 miles), rotor, distributor cap, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, fuel filter, tie rod ends, idler arm, power steering pump, battery cables, radiator hoses, heater hoses, original undercoating was touched up. All gauges work, heat works, does not have A/C, AM radio works, doors, trunk, and hood all close like a feather (like a well fitted shoe), all glass is beautiful, chrome is in excellent, like new condition (including inside, bumpers, nameplates, all interior and exterior), all lights work inside and out, transmission is in excellent running order, the engine is VERY clean inside. -Vehicle is on consignment and at our clients home -Please Call First and talk to a rep at 231-468-2809 EXT 1 -Showroom is by appointment only Please Call -If you would like a FREE Listing please visit our consignment page or Call
