The Plus Four model was built from 1950 to 1969and#44; revived from 1985 to 2000and#44; and revived once again in 2005. Morgan sourced the engine for this car from the Triumph TR4and#44; which puts 2and#44;138 ccs in a car with a total weight of 1and#44;848 lbs. - making it quite a fun seat-of-your-pants driving experience. Consequentlyand#44; the +4 won its class in 1962 in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This 2 seater roadster had a thorough refreshing that was completed in late 2015and#44; by Wellwood Auto Restorationsand#44; in Venturaand#44; CA who specialize in British sports cars. It included a mechanical refreshing (itemized invoices attached) as well as included: *Beautiful New Touneau cover and Convertible top *New carpet as well as new black leather interior and piping *Addition of Auxiliary fan (comes in handy to ward off over-heating on hot days)Chrome shows wear in some placesand#44; but only has pitting on the gas cap (new cap can be ordered from Morgan West in Los Angeles). I was advised not to purchase the window inserts as they seem to never get usedand#44; however they can easily be obtained from Morgan West as well. I have over $49and#44;000 invested in the car ($18and#44;000+ was spent in the refreshing including sorting out the mechanicals to make it a truly reliable and enjoyable sports car).
