1964 Ford f100, its a solid front axle and i think its the last year for it, have put a lot of work into it but it still needs some tlc, repairing what little rust it had, fixed the floors and the cab corner, cutting out the rusty metal and welding in good metal, this is a very solid truck for 51 years old and nada value is climbing quickly on these things, it has a big 6 engine that starts right up and runs smooth and a 3 speed in the floor, turbo muffler on it and made a split pipe in the back for the tail pipes, it still needs some tlc. I have put a lot of work and money into this project, among a ton of other things, rebuilt the front brakes and and bearings and seals and now it has real good brakes, put a new drag link on it but it still needs a new bushing in the steering box to get the rest of the slack out of it and a new seal to keep the grease in and have both new parts ready to be installed, have new front and rear windshield seals and new door seals, all new engine and transmission mounts still in the box and pedal pads, fuel filler neck seal, and front signal lenses, have installed some nice gray power bucket seats and 3 point retractable seat belts and I have been repainting the interior and im nearly done there but still have the factory bench seat in storage, I have the hood off I was working up front installing some new gages for the alternator and oil pressure and tack, I think all others work but it has idiot lights and I like gages but I got tired of banging my head so i took the hood off and put it in the back, it also still has the original wood in the bed its rough but looks kind of cool so im going to try to patch it but I have a plywood cover over it so the bed can be used to haul still, this is going to make a killer old truck, I had originally planned to build a rat rod look out of it but it is too good a old truck.
