My late father owned this car for the past several decades, and only used it for fun days at the local car shows where it almost always won 1st place for best original. It has always been garage stored and covered except for show days. NOTHING has been refinished, replaced or restored (mainly because it has never needed anything). The only exception is the stereo my Dad installed so he could play his cassettes. He did keep the original amfm radio, which is included, so that can easily be put back in place. The original Rocket 394 engine is barely broken in. Practically every option available in 1964 is in this car, and it would be very difficult to find another original, 51 year old model of this car in such pristine condition. The original paint is almost perfect but there are a few very minor stone chips, etc., like you would find on a typical used car that is 1 or 2 years old. Basically, buying this car would be like buying it used back in 1965 or 1966...
