1964 Pontiac Bonneville 2-door hardtop, along with a 1964 Pontiac Bonneville 4-door hardtop parts car. The 2-door has a 389 out of a 63 Catalina, with a 3 speed automatic Roto transmission and between the seats console. It has very nice hard to find 8-lug wheels in good working order. The tires are 14 75/215 Goodyear Indy 500s with 80% + tread. The single exhaust and muffler is good. It runs good and strong, but smokes a little. The 2 barrel carburetor has been rebuilt and it has been tuned up. The alternator, brake master cylinder and booster, plugs and wires, front and rear shocks, gas tank, all four wheel bearings and seals, and brake shoes are all new. The battery, starter, coil, distributor, radiator, water pump, power steering, belts and hoses are all good. The body and frame are straight and solid, having not been in any wrecks or any major dents repaired. There has been some body work done; and it has been in gray primer for 5 years. The rear body mounts behind the rear wheels are rusted out, but have been secured with welds. The rear trunk lid lip is rusted through the back, but not through the top. All of the glass is there with no cracks; and all of the chrome and trim is there with minimal corrosion, except on top of the door glass and the rear interior fixtures. It has good leather bucket front seats, and a good vinyl rear seat. The steering wheel, dash and console are all pretty good. It needs a headliner, new carpet, new lower door panel trim and armrests, and interior dome and map light lenses. All the lights and gauges work. The original radio doesnt work. This is a very cool classic car that I have been restoring for the past 5 years. The 1964 Bonneville 4-door parts car has been sitting for over 20 years. Its original 389 motor does turn, and is stripped, ready to pull out for rebuilding. The transmission is a Jet-away 4 speed automatic; and is still connected to the motor for transport. It has 4 tires that will hold air, so the vehicle can be transported. The interior is all dry rotted from sitting in the sun. The interior dash and chrome fixtures are still pretty good though. The trunk is good, except for being rusted through along where the rear fender bottom chrome attaches. The front bumper is very good, free of any rust dents or peeling. The body and rear bumper have a couple dents and moderate surface rust. The front window is all cracked, but the rest of the glass is in tact.
