Another new arrival. A super clean 1964 Pontiac LeMans GTO. This was originally a California car delivered to Monahan Pontiac in Hayward Ca in the fall of 1964. We have the build sheet (see picture) and PHS documents along with a news release from Pontiac in October of 1963 explaining the new GTO option for the LeMans sport coupe. This is a true tri-power car (only 8245 came from the factory with this option) as evidenced by the build sheet. It also came equipped with a posi-traction rear end M 20 4 speed trans with Hurst shifter console delux steering wheel tach and a push button AM radio. This car is in 2+ condition. Interior is like new except for one 1/2 long cut on the back of the passenger seat (see picture). Carpet appears to be original with only minor fading on the drive shaft hump in the back seat area. Paint is excellent. There are no signs of age or road abuse. Under the hood is detailed and looks new. Mechanically the car drives like new. There are no issues with engine transmission or rear end. Brakes stop straight without pulling and the suspension is as firm as the day it was delivered. This is a great first year GTO that is priced below condition #2 book value.
