| Details: | Pontiac Tempest . Extremely well cared for car with PHS docs, protect o plate, with many receipts going back to the original owner who worked at GMs Fisher Body in Michigan. Car has 71,000 miles and the original 326 V-8, ST300 auto trans, power steering, power brakes, 2-speaker AM radio. Upgrades as follows: completely rebuilt engine (all machine work done by CandS Performance in Butler, WI), and transmission. Period correct Carter AFB 4 barrel carb, power front disc brakes w/tandem master, stainless brake lines, stainless fuel tank, all new front suspension, front and rear springs (all w/Moog parts) gas shocks, and U-joints. All work completed 6/2016 at 69,300 mi.Previous repaint thats very close to the original Singapore gold color, not perfect, but not bad either. It appears that the trunk floor and some lower sheet metal were replaced at that time.Engine was rebuilt and balanced with 9:1 flat top pistons, steel connecting rods, hardened valve seats, stainless valves, roller tip rockers, screw in studs, mild cam (top end lubrication has been converted from rocker stud oiling to pushrod oiling).
