Details: 1965 FORD GALAXIE 500 2 door HT. 71,500 original miles. 352 FE 4-barrel big block. Cruise-O-Matic auto transmission. Dual exhaust with glass packs. Cragar S/S chrome wheels with raised white letter radials. ALWAYS dry stored. Original Bill of sale, purchase order and window sticker. Arlington, VA car. I am 3rd owner. I bought 64,900 miles a only driven 6,600 miles in 24 years. Only driven 383 miles in last 14 years. Frame on restoration in 1995-96. Original owner never drove at night. Still had the 4 original FoMoCo headlights. and bias ply tires. RARE factory SELECTAIRE A/C. not working but there. RARE factory tinted windows and dual speed wipers and windshield washer bag. Factory undercoated. SOLID FRAME, TRUNK AND FLOORS. Engine rebuilt in 1996 with approximately 66,000 miles. Crank turned, block hot tanked. .030 over flat top pistons, rings. .010 under mains, .030 under rods. new cam bearings, camshaft lifters and Cloyes double roller timing chain/ gear. Complete gasket set, oil pump, front transmission seal, EDELBROCK intake and 600 carb and valve covers. Many NOS parts installed. I have a list of EVERYTHING I have done if interested. MOST RECEIPTS KEPT. Have all 4 original 15 rims with original hubcaps). CAR IS COMPLETE and SOLID with a few minor issues: Clock and A/C doesnt work. small radiator leak, exhaust manifold leaks, power steering pump leaks. needs a new heater core. (currently bypassed).
