NEW LOWER PRICE!!! - VERY MOTIVATED OWNER!!! 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback - Black Owner has large collections. Wife says this one HAS TO GO!!! 1965 Ford Mustang To say that this car has had lots of money spent on it is an understatement. Just look at it and you can see a lot of the modification done to it. Letandrsquo;s start with the hood. It was built on order from Crites. They were the people who built them originally in the 1960andrsquo;s. Along the bottom of the car you will see a special housing for the exhaust of the car. We had a custom exhaust made for it and it looks and sounds great. The trunk is also unique as you can see and also has the side quarter extensions. The tail lights are the same lights as the Shelby hood and look very distinctive. We also installed a special Monza filler cap on the left rear quarter panel and has it sculptured to fit at the body shop. It actually works. The front nose is also special as it looks like the original R Model nose but with some additional modifications. Other unique items on this really neat Mustang are andrsquo;66 Shelby side vents and flares that were installed over the original body work. The rear bumper was also painted black with the lighter colored ghost stripes on it. It also has the side scoops like a andrsquo;66 GT 350. The interior of the car looks very nice with new sun visors, radio block-off plate and front seats and door panels. When we installed the door panels we also painted the steel parts of the doors to look new also. The dash pad is also very nice and the instrument cluster is new too. Dash pad is like new plus it has the rare rear seat delete package on it, which is really cool. Now to the engine compartment. The engine has been completely rebuilt and probably has less than 100 miles on it. It has a new clutch, pressure plate and throw-pit bearing. The exhaust is the Shelby style Tri-Y headers and it also has a 4 bbl high-rise intake just as the original Shelbyandrsquo;s. This one was built by Edelbrock. It has finned aluminum Cobra valve covers that look great plus other neat features. The engine compartment has a larger Shelby sway bar. It has a 4 speed transmission and all gears work as they should. The engine compartment is very nicely detailed and the engine was detailed when it was detailed when it was out after the rebuild. The wheels on the car are Magnum 500andrsquo;s and are probably a little old. We did not change them out as we determined that whomever bought the car would want to install their own to make the car personalized to their own taste. I believe we also put a new steering wheel and horn button on car also during the work we did on the car. There are most likely other things we did to the car that I am forgetting but as you can see it is a very nice car and has a great deal of money spent on it. We ask that you personally inspect the car or have an individual inspect the car for you before purchasing the car. Please contact me for an appointment for inspection.
