1966 Dodge Coronet 500 Hardtop Here is some colorful history of this car. Born in 1966 in Saint Louis and delivered to a Dallas Dealer and to the first owner on 03/15-1966. The Second owner took possession in the early 90s the original color of the car was white till 1996 that is when it was painted Corvette yellow with the bumble bee stripe in 1997. In 2003 The 318 was pulled and a later model 318 was bored to 40 over for the 324 CI with all new internals installed. While the motor was being built the yellow paint was removed and the car was tore down inside and out for restoration. In 2004 The motor and car was reassembled and put into black primer and later that year painted its current color gloss black. |
