Mustang Coupe. Texas vehicle, appraised and insured at $18,000+ Color: white with shelby blue metal flake stripes down middle of whole car, racing style. Shelby style fiber glass scoop hood, hold down pins. Shelby air dam. Black interior, original. Automatic transmission on floor console, gauges work. Engine: 289 high performance, engine compartment has optional upgraded bracing. Edelbrock performer alum intake and Edelbrock four barrel carburetor. Headers, dual exhaust, nice sound. Power brakes, power steering. Factory air conditioning. Very nice after market chrome and satin spoke wheels, very good tires larger and wider in rear, good stance. Alarm system. Issues: Have not run vehicle for over one year. (Drained gas and put new premium in). A few paint bubbles on rear upper wheel well openings, overall, fairly rust free top and bottom. Started to change over to MSD ignition, have all new wires and parts, lost interest. Right rear window seems to off its track, all glass is good. Trunk needs new seal, have new one to replace. Trunk is solid. Not sure what type of cylinder heads were put on as does not take standard 289 spark plus thread size. Best guess is someone was setting this car up for drag racing and may have used 302 or modified heads. |
