The 1967 year model was the first generation Camaro and this one was built early in April of 1967. It sports the look and the badging of the SS but isnt really, but who cares, because Camaros are all about performance and looking good. While maintaining its originality with its glacier gold exterior and black interior, it has had several upgrades such as the cowl induction hood, chin spoiler, duck tail spoiler and 3 spoke steering wheel. Even though the complete restoration is not fresh, everything on the car looks very good. Paint, chrome and stainless look very nice and glass is clear without chips or cracks.Underneath the car is very solid and original looking everywhere you can look. Body alignment and gaps are just right and doors close like a new car.Power comes from a 335 HP, aluminum head, 350 CI, ZZ4 crate engine and the transmission is a 4 speed manual. The rear end is a ten bolt 3.25 posi-traction. Brakes are new, tires almost new and are 1956515 on front and 2556015 on rear.
