Chevelle SS (Cloned) Pro Street. Car was taken off the road in 2007 for a complete off body restoration which took 3 years. I stared with a NEW FRAME and built the car from the ground up. That included front suspension, new fenders, hood, deck lid, inner outer fender wells, rear quarter panels, gas tank and new trunk kit. This car has approximately 5,000 miles on this rebuilt 454 engine. Must See!!! The engine was Bored out .70 over with a 3/4 comp cam. Merlin Large Port Heads. The Headers are Sanders (shortys). Holly 950 Double Pumper Carburetor. MSD Distributor and MSD Box with a 7,000 rev chip. Engine Dino at 530.3 HP with 515 torque to the rear wheels. The transmission is a 3-speed 400 Turbo with a manual valve body and a 3600 stall in the transmission. The shifter is a Cheetah Turbo Action and the rear end has 373 gears with a 12 bolt system. The axels are strange. The tires are BF Goodrich radial tires in the front and BF Goodrich G-force T/A Drag Radial in the Rear. The wheels are Cragar SS. THIS CAR HAD NOT BEEN DRAGGED SINCE IT WAS PUT BACK ON THE STREET IN 2010. |
