Details: | 1967 Malibu Chevelle Convertible. We are the 3rd owners of this RUST FREE. We are the 3rd owners of this RUST FREE. This is a numbers matching car for sale. The car is not a trailer queen that you can put mirrors under or it would be 50k. Its not perfect and does have some minor blemishes however the car is very dependable and very beautiful!!7-8 out of 10 It is a really nice car! It has the original 283 V8 with a Automatic power glide transmission. The original 10 bolt non-posi rear end as well as the original driveshaft with new u-joints are in it. Brand new gas tank and sending unit. The rebuilt original engine has an estimated 400 miles on it. I have the original air cleaner but it has a Edelbrock carb and intake. It has polished Torque Thrust American Racing rims. The brakes are disc front and drums in the rear. STOPS ON A DIME!! It runs and drives great! The firewall was shaved along with the dash when I got the car but could be put back fairly easy. It was going to have the new vintage air system in it. Non A/C car. I have the original heater controls. Headlights, brights, turn signals, tail lights all work fine. What doesnt work as of now: As I mentioned above, the heater and A/C, the windshield wipers new motor just not hooked up, Speedometer 1 week ago it was working, gas gauge works but is off a bit, Horn relay, Radio no harness, and the kick down for the transmission isnt hooked up. I want to list everything that I can think of as of this moment. All are minor issues! manual convertible top original non hydraulic. I was going to purchase a after market power top kit. The color is a nice looking metallic blue that really stands out! Original color was butternut yellow. I still have about 2 quarts of the blue paint left for any touch ups if ever needed. It was about $6,000 for the paint job alone. |
