1967 Chevrolet Corvette for sale

The question that I always receive on a Corvette like this is: does it have its original engine. The answer is yes! Not only is it the original engine, but it decodes as a 327 with 350 HP. This is how it came when it was brand new. Not only that, but it also has the correct code on the carb for a 327 with 350 HP. I also have 2 documents from Chevrolet Motor Division that state that this Corvette was built this way. In my humble opinion, this particular engine is one of the best that Chevrolet built; especially if you other choice is a big block. There are a great number of problems servicing a 427 as compared to a 327. Also with a 350 motor, you are looking at almost the same horsepower, especially when you figure the difference in weight between a 427 and a 327. Also when you factor in where the extra weight is distributed; which is the front of the car, you have a very undesirable situation.

The only item that I see that is on this car this car now that was not on it when it was new is the side exit exhaust. That is an option that I definitely would add myself. Those exhaust sounds great when the car is sitting there idling or at full throttle. According to the Chevrolet documents I have the car was built with AM/FM, Posi-trac rear end, close ratio transmission and optional 350 HP motor. According to records it was also originally a Marina Blue car which is one of the most desirable colors on these Vettes.

These 1967 Vettes are considered by many experts to the best Vette built for that era. Look at it, there are no extraneous badges or what have you on this car. It is just a clean unadorned car that speaks of itself. According to the information I have, this car had a body off restoration on it several years ago. It has had only a few miles put on it since. Please also notice the original style red line tires that are like brand new.

To summarize, this car drives just like you want it to and would be a great car to either start your collection with or would make a great addition to your existing collection.
