| Details: | 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible spent the last 5 years restoring her and now that Im done, Im turning her loose. This car was born green with gold interior. Someone painted her resale red (terribly), with red interior and white top. I painted her Wimbledon White last year. This car is equipped with a 289 (Edelbrock 4 barrel and intake) and C-4 automatic transmission (engine and tranny were overhauled in 2008). There is no way to list everything Ive done to this car. Shes not original because I was going for a dependable daily driver. I started with the suspension. The car is outfitted with all new Grab-a-Track components (coils up front and heavier leafs in the rear). The kit included new upper and lower control arms, beefier 1 sway bar, all new poly bushings, tie rod ends, and ball joints. I upgraded the distributor (electronic ignition), alternator (one wire), radiator with dual 12 fans, power disc/drum brakes, and added Classic Auto Air air conditioning. The car came with power steering and power convertible top. I replaced the top this year with a Robbins black top and new frame. I also replaced all the interior when I painted the car last year including: ProCar front seats and rear cover, carpet, console, dash panels, door cards, handles, shift lever, gauge faces, Autosound stereo, steering wheel, everything! This car has so many brand new parts on it!
