Car enthusiasts credit Carroll Shelby with introducing some of the coolest and most aggressive Mustangs ever created, its only natural that the builder opted for a slick Eleanor inspired design. At the cars leading edge, a billet, Shelby-style grille hangs chrome-trimmed headlights, a Shelby R valence and six PIAA driving lamps. At the top of that grille, an aggressive fiberglass hood aligns twist-style pins with clear glass, straight trim and Shelby-style quarter scoops. At the sides of that hood, a Shelby profile highlights traditional door handles, chrome, bullet-style mirrors, and subtle cove scoops. And at the back of that profile, the exhaust exits out in front of the rear tires, while a sculpted decklid hangs prominent like-new tail lights and a straight chrome bumper. Over 2000 hours invested Major features include: 408 Stroker / Dynoed @ 489hp / 518lbs of Torque Hydraulic Roller Custom Cam/Forged Pistons AFR 205 Ported/Polished Heads 5 Speed WorldClass T5 Tremic 9 Ford Rear 700 Watt JL audio sound system SSBC Slotted Disc Brakes Power Rack and Pinion Steering Jet Hot Exhaust with SS Mufflers Underneath this wildly custom Mustang is just as impressive as the rest of the vehicle. Put the GT500 on a lift and youll see that bolted to the Ford block is a Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission that sends power to a 3.50 posi-differential. In front of the drivetrain youll see the fully upgraded front suspension. Equipped with a rack and pinion style setup, youll also find adjustable coil over springs at all four corners of the vehicle. At the rear of the car a 4-link suspension setup, with sway bar, ensures that no corner will get the best of this Stang.
