1968 AMC AMX It has no engine or trans and is set up as race car with 488 posse. The cragar wheels and tires and battery and radiator pictured dont go with car. It has single piston front disk brakes and posse rear end with one piece axles and longer studs and latter bars,elec fuel pump, fuel cell,line lock,roll bar, tilt steering column with quick release steering wheel. It has newer tan interior and carpet in the box and front valance ready for you to install. The dash is 1969 but has the 68 # 4452 which is a 68 number. been told that their is little wiring under the dash. not sure if headlight and tail lights work The title codes out as a 1968 amx 2 seater that was a 390 auto on the floor car and might have been matador red. It does have a 1973 front end. This was built privately to resemble the one they never built. If you already had an early amx you couldnt paint the car for the price i am asking let alone install all the other race car stuff. The paint is nice but the pass side door could have had better body work done. The pass side quarter panel has been replaced with a fiber glass one.
