| Details: | Mustang Fastback Bullitt. This is a very clean and fully restored original Highland Green 1968 Fastback Mustang. The original 302 appears to have been rebuilt with a few upgraded including, Holley carburetor, aluminum intake, stainless steel Tri Y headers, and a nice sounding mild cam. The transmission is a C6 Automatic and the rearend is a 9. This is a manual brake and manual steering car, the brakes and steering both work well. The car is not a race car or hot rod but more of a nice cruiser or driver that sounds really good, Id estimate the engine is making around 300 HP. The brakes are 4 piston Kelsey Hayes disc in front and factory drums in the rear. The car has an excellent paint job and the bodywork is nice as well, I did not restore this car but Id estimate the restoration cost would be in the 65-70K range. The interior is all new or restored and looks great, it has nice carbon fiber looking inserts in the seats and door panels and the rear seat is the fold down type. The stereo is upgraded with 4 speakers and a modern head unit mounted in the dash. The car has a new Old Air Products hang down air conditioning with a Sanden compressor. There is no rust that I can see and it looks like if there was any during the restoration it was cut out and replaced properly. I am a Texas dealer so if you are in Texas I will handle the title transfer and you will be responsible for taxes, if you are out of state typically we just sign the title and send you the car. I will ship anywhere but must be paid in full first. You cant find these cars and sure cant build them for the price. |
