Very nice, very correct E-type coupe that has been owned for nearly twenty years by an officer of the Jaguar Club. While not as sought-after as a Series I, the II is actually a nicer car to drive and use with its more comfortable seats, synchro 1stgear and improved cooling. In addition to the improvements Jaguar engineered into these later cars, this one has had an oversized aluminum radiator and electric fan added for worry-free summer driving. Speaking of summer driving, this car has rare FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING! Correct original installation fits under the dash perfectly and has been upgraded with a Sankyo rotary compressor. Professionally repainted to red, the finish is quite nice over an undamaged and not-rusted monocoque body. The black leather interior is as-original and very nice, all instruments work well and the car comes with a lengthy service and maintenance history. The chrome wire wheels are in excellent condition with stainless steel spokes and recent new tires.
