| Details: | 1968 Volkswagen Beetle* Bug *Have had for over 25 years and never failed to start, or get me where I needed to go when I needed her. Painted 20+ yrs ago and just starting to chip off, carpet, glass, window seals all good. Door panels /front seats need recovered, battery pan, and a paint job are really all the cosmetics needed. Shes already mechanically good to go! May need a little carb tweaking since she hasnt really been driven much since last spring. Have no idea what the mileage is because I put a new speedometer in many years back and she only has 40k on since then. Engine was rebuilt not much earlier than that as well. And the last pic is kind of misleading because she doesnt leak a drop of oil. She may need a battery because the last time I went to start her it needed a jump. |
