We are building a custom Boss 545. Done in beautiful Grabber Green with White Interior, this car will have the following specs: 600+ Horsepower, professionally built 545 Stroker. The engine is clearly the centerpiece of this build, so we went all out with the best builder using only the best parts available. The finished engine has been broke in and dyno tuned to perfection prior to installation. Billet aluminum pulleys and serpintine belt will be used. Tremec TKO 600 5 speed coupled with a twin stage high perfomance clutch will harness all this power. 9 trac-lock with 31 spline high strength axles finish the driveline. Custom Headers and Stainless Steel Magnaflow exhaust. Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes and all new power steering system is utilized.18 rear and 17 front Eleanor style Cobra Wheels with Michilin Pilot Tires. Chasis stiffners and subframe connectors have been installed to strengthen the car for the monster engines power. The car will have the best a/c available as well as a high end stereo. Numerous upgrades to the interior will produce suttle but important modifications to the high end Mach 1 style deluxe interior. All new glass and upgraded bolt in door glass will be installed. When completed, this entire car will essentially be a brand new car with a resto-mod feel but showing off the classic 69 Boss Styling.
